Full Moon wo Sagashite (Searching for a Full Moon) is one of Tanemura Arina's many popurlar series. The series commenced on the 28th of December 2001, Issue #1 of Ribon. For two years it ran in the popular monthly shoujo "phonebook" mangazine known as Ribon, and finished on in June 2004.

Ribon is also famous for such series as Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, GALS, Marmalade Boy etc. Currently no manga volumes have been released.

The series was released into seven volumes. The manga was also licensed in North America in English by Viz Media, and was renamed to simply "Full Moon".
